Who am I? I am a Norwegian fellow born in 1973. I am married, got two sons (1996 and 2004). I am educated as webmaster and have been working with web design, hosting and web development since end of the last millennium more or less professional, but as a hobby since 2005.

My name is Frode Heimen, and I work as a department leader at a Norwegian Telecom Call Center. Hostbeetle.com is all my hobbies and passions melted into one hot soup. This is a hobby project – but still serious. I have been working with customer care more or less since I was a teenager.

I run another blog called Never Mind the Manager. I have been running this blog for a few years; this shows my passion for leadership theory, coaching, motivation, customer care, fun at work and all that.
HostBeetle.com is a project where I can test my own abilities to provide excellent customer care. And hopefully I can prove that a business idea today can be founded with one blog, twitter and some creativity and BAM! The whole world could in theory be my market.
